Coaching is not about life-experts giving you simple answers to complex questions. Of course we bring our own life learnings with us, but it is about helping you process your own thoughts and desires about what you have discovered you need to focus on in your current life situation.
Support – Following on your core training, we offer continued support through coaching either in person or via Skype.
Package – Six sessions, each one hour in length to help you stay on track with the positive changes that you have embarked upon.
Advice – You will have access to email advice and written articles and tips to keep up the progress towards your chosen goal.
